I create works that provoke thought about eternal values, destiny, and the dramatic events unfolding in our world.

About the artist
My name is Daria Ozerova (née Evstigneeva), an artist known professionally as Daria de Vital
I was born in 1971 in Moscow in an artistic family. Both my father and grandfather were artists and I was raised in a creative atmosphere that primarily determined the choice of my future career.

In addition to works through which I convey my thoughts and ideas, I often create "Energy" paintings to attract positive energy and harmonize the atmosphere in the home. In my collection of energy paintings, you will find works aimed at harmonizing various areas of life: from health and well-being to family relationships and love.These paintings are characterized by bright colors, decorative compositions, and often depict mythological creatures or revered deities.

My father, Vitaly Evstigneev, was an artist. It was he who taught me the foundations of composition and perspective, speaking of the 'music of a line' that is born from the varying pressure of a pencil. He also designed my logo—the two letters E and D (Evstigneeva Daria), inspired by his own monogram of E and V. This logo serves as a talisman, present on all of my works.
In honor of my father, I took the professional pseudonym Daria de Vital, where 'Vital' pays tribute to the name Vitaly.
And when asked why I live in Italy, I often answer with a joke: my patronymic is Vitalievna (which sounds like 'Vital-in-Italy'). Where else was I supposed to live?

Illustrations
In my illustrations, I always use symbolic imagery. When I worked for magazines and created illustrations for articles on a wide variety of topics, including technical, legal, and economic ones, expressing thoughts through symbols allowed me to illustrate any subject. In book graphics, I have illustrated works by Russian classics, contemporary Russian writers, and popular Eastern authors.
